Refund policy

We want you to love your Akira Athletics purchase.

Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong color or product

Please review the product description and size chart carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

support@akiraathletics.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.


Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we’ll work with our fulfillment partner to send a replacement whenever possible.

Please note that delays caused by weather, customs, carrier issues, or other events outside our control do not automatically qualify for a refund.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided and the order has already entered production or shipped, we may be unable to replace or refund the order.
